The fixed internal breathable AirFlow mesh lining and removable thermal insulation liner provide additional comfort and versatility.

The jacket is also Affix Series compatible, making it easy to connect with other Triumph riding jeans. It features a storm cuff at the sleeves, air vents directing flow through the main body, and an ergonomically shaped construction for maximum comfort while riding. The sleeve adjustment allows for a controlled and personal fit while maintaining the correct position of the protectors. The waist adjustment ensures a snug fit, providing extra protection and comfort.

The high visibility fabric on the shoulder and sleeve of this Hi-Viz variant provides maximum daytime visibility without sacrificing functionality. The CE certified low profile (invisible protection) removable AirFlow D3O shoulder protectors, extended removable D3O elbow protectors, and removable and upgraded AirFlow D3O BP4 back protector provide additional protection. There is also an option to insert a D3O chest protector. Reflective detailing further increases rider visibility.

The Triumph Tourer Bright Motorcycle Jacket comes with 2 flap and zip closure pockets on the front and 1 waterproof zipper pocket on the internal storm flap. The connection zipper allows for easy attachment to any Triumph Affix Series jeans.

Our rider wear has been CE-certified, this means that the product has been tested to conform to the technical standards required by EU legislation to meet health and safety requirements of the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.An EU examination of the products has taken place by a European approved notified body and as such the product has been awarded CE certification.

UKCA

Our rider wear has been UKCA-certified, this means that the product has been tested to conform to the technical standards required by GB legislation.

Affix Series

Affix series products are ergonomically designed to fit and attach to each other, allowing for inter changeable layering combinations which offers the wearer a variety of outer jacket and mid layer options to suit all riding conditions.

Reflective

Increased rider visibility.The reflective fabric is constructed from tiny glass beads that bounce the light source such as headlights directly back to the source rather than disperse in all directions like a white fabric would. This controls and intensifies the light back which ensures increased rider visibility in dark conditions.

Taped Seams

Protection for a truly waterproof product depends on more than just the fabric. Every stitch in a seam is a potential leak. Thats why for maximum waterproof protection, we apply heat sealed tape to the seams.

Airflow

Airflow allows the rider to vent cool air around the body. Air flow is an essential component of comfort in clothing for managing both heat and moisture and primarily focuses on increasing ventilation throughout the garment.

TriTech

TriTech is a waterproof porous membrane that is laminated between the outer and lining fabrics so all 3 work together. It offers durables waterproof protection balanced with high breathability, moving perspiration from the inside of the clothing to the outside and into the atmosphere. The Evaporation process of moving perspiration from the inside of a garment to the outside results in water changing from a liquid to a gas.

Durable Water Repellent Coating

Durable water repellent, or DWR , is a coating which is applied to fabrics to make the water bead up and roll off the garment to prevent the outer layer of fabric from absorbing water. This saturation, called ‘wetting out,’ can reduce the garment’s breathability (moisture transport through the breathable membrane) and let water through.
