Everything bolts right on with no frame modifications. The only welding required is a tab that is welded to your stock brake pedal in order to attach the linkage rods. It is easily done and mounting instructions with pictures are included with every kit. Universal Linkage Kits are not included in the kit but are available from us. This is an easy mod to do to your KZ and makes long trips much more comfortable due to the fact that your legs are extended forward rather than bent. Great for choppers, bobbers, or even stock bikes.
